A monthly container for coaches and consultants to support them in using visibility as a vehicle for greater impact
Transformational Visibility is an invitation to move from performance to expression.
To shift from a narrow focus on our own coaching practise, to a wider awareness of our interconnectedness and role within the collective bigger picture.
To gently reassess what success means.
From forcing visibility to allowing it.
From strategy alone to alignment, truth, community and service.
This is a process of releasing the internal barriers that limit how fully we show up, so our gifts can move through us with greater freedom, and authenticity.
Visibility here is not about being louder, but about being truer - whatever that means for us.

Guided by Jessica Huie MBE, you’ll join a community of coaches and consultants who are expanding their reach in the world while deepening their relationship with themselves and their purpose.
The in-person gatherings are held at Bingham Riverhouse, a quietly beautiful setting nestled beside the river in Richmond - offering a natural rhythm of reflection and connection that supports the work.
This is a space for those who sense they are a conduit for something greater and are ready to honour that calling.
This is not a programme designed to deliver outcomes on a timeline, but a space for deep alignment, clarity, and emergence. Here purpose is not an agenda, but a revelation.
Transformational Visibility is offered through two participation pathways, allowing you to choose what best supports you at this stage.
Members may move between pathways as life, location, or capacity changes.
No contract, just 30 days notice is required.

The Invitation
This is a process, not a quick fix.
While there is no obligation, members are encouraged to consider committing to a year within the community to allow the work to truly integrate.
There is no contract - just one month’s notice if and when you choose to leave.
What our members experience:
Paid speaking opportunities
National media coverage
High-profile partnerships
Award recognition
And, most importantly: Clarity about who they are and what they are here to share, a more refined and aligned message, deeper connection - to themselves, each other, and those they serve, and a richer, more meaningful experience of life, with expanded possibility and opportunity as a result.
This space is for you if...
You feel called to be more visible, but not at the cost of your integrity or nervous system
You know your work has depth and value, yet you resist traditional self-promotion
You sense that your next level of impact requires inner alignment, not just better strategy
You want your visibility to reflect who you truly are - not who you think you should be
You’re ready to relate to your work as contribution, not just income
